The West End production of Waitress has been nominated for two Olivier Awards , which take place at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 5 April 2020.

Sara Bareilles is nominated for Best Original Score or New Orchestrations, whilst the show itself is also nominated for Best New Musical.

Other musicals in the Best New Musical category include & Juliet, Dear Evan Hansen and Amelie: The Musical; the three are also included, alongside Waitress and Fiddler On The Roof, for the award of Best Original Score or New Orchestrations.
