In 2024, rights to Waitress the Musical were released for regional non-replica premieres across the United States and Canada.

In September 2024, another of these opened at the Billings Studio Theatre, Montana.

The theatre sold mini pie jars in cherry cream, blueberry cream, turtle cream and mocha cream.
