Shoshana Bean
Shoshana Bean played Jenna Hunterson in Waitress the Musical on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre from 5 months in mid-2019.
Shoshana is a Broadway veteran, having made her debut in the original cast of Hairspray and starring as the very first replacement for Elphaba in Wicked. She won a IRNE Award for her performance as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl and earned a Jeff Award nomination for her portrayal of CeeCee Bloom in the pre-Broadway musical production of Beaches.
She has also released three solo albums, which have all topped the iTunes R&B and Blues charts in the US and UK.
Shortly after leaving the show, a video Shoshana recorded for ‘Door Number Three‘ was released, featuring her singing the song that was cut from the Broadway production, promoting the Sara Bareilles EP ‘What’s Not Inside: The Lost Songs From Waitress‘.
