The Grand Theatre, London, Ontario
In 2024, rights to Waitress the Musical were released for regional non-replica premieres across the United States and Canada.
In March 2025, another of these opened at the Grand Theatre in London, Ontario in Canada, moving to the Theatre Aquarius in Hamilton.
The show features new direction from Rachel Peake, with choregraphy from Genny Sermonia.
