Ensemble and Swing

In addition to the main characters of Waitress, there are ensemble cast characters. The UK and Ireland tour cast named the ensemble tracks, and the West End cast sheet used Broadway tracks to reference various cast members:

• ‘Apron Boy’ [Ryan Vasquez track]
• ‘Francine’ (Dr. Pomatter’s wife) [Stephanie Torns track]
• Father (Jenna’s father) [Thay Floyd track]
• Mother (Jenna’s mother)/Minister [Molly Hager track]
• CKU (the lead of ‘Club Knocked Up’) [Aisha Jackson track]
• ‘Purse Boy’ [Jeremy Morse track]

There are also swing roles, usually two ‘male swing’ roles [Max Kumangai track and Henry Gottfried track] and two ‘female swing’ roles.
